fucked up..i guess this week is really fucked up.. really..
first.. for myself..
need to rush to hand in a report...
(imagine elearning assignment go do report.. siao one)
ytd need to forgo slp to complete the report..
enginerring maths 2 quiz oso nv study..
fuck... fail lor..
den today.. band..
warm up finish... yuanjun go do sharp/flat scales..
first... vincent onli pronounced that he didnt want to come for band prac to stone.. [ i guess ]
and that resulted in a retaliatory response from yuanjun... wat was that for?
den yuting got fedup i guess.. didnt really get wat he was toking..
there he goes.. ran off..
i do agree to an extent that that action was... irresponsible..
y must do things do until liddat..
u bo song.. he bo song... make everybody bo song..
i mean.. he can simply reduce the potential friction by making SLs to do that..
thats wat laoban does when something goes really wrong wat..
his tone oso.. abit.. not sae wrong la.. is.. inappropriate..
his was.. commanding.. .. you need more of a persuasive tone..
u can still get things done.. y is that?
its because u want ppl to WANT to do things.. not FORCE them to do things..
think for urself, which is more effective?
i oso want to quote a "thinking" from my previous conductor at sec sch.. Ms Doreen Tan
when u enter the band room, or any rehersal room, you put your troubles or unhappiness outside of the room.. whether its about sch stuff, relationship or what not.. so that ur mood wont interfere with ur music
concentrate on the rehersal, make it so that you and others can enjoy the music making..
it could reduce conflicts in the band.. which seem to be more frequent.. =/
really sad.. *sigh*
