so long didnt blog.. haha.. sian..
hmm... section competition!
1st - Saxophone section~with Maple Leaf Rag.. i tink.. old liao.. haha
2nd - Clarinet section~with Overture from Ruslan and Ludmilla - Mikhail Glinka
Special Mention - Tuba duet~with Twinkly Tubas (variation from Ah vous dirai-je, maman - Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart)
actually... nth much to write.. except that.. the whole camp i didnt feel satisfied... in any way..
well.. except for.. when the saxophone section performed..
i felt the same as laoban.. shocked.. haha..
super clean and blended tones.. and that interesting bass line.. (WOOO.. CHLOE!)
hais.. what can i say....
we got owned.. haha..
not really looking forward to playing for reception again.. super sian..
so... was browsing thru wikipedia.. den searched around for figaro.. found one interesting part of the opera!
ok la... its act2 finale..
great way to start the MST week.. on my birthday.. yay.. -.-
